Abicor Binzel

Abicor Binzel Production (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alexander Binzel Schweisstechnik GmbH & Co KG, Germany. This company was set up in 1999 at Pune in Maharashtra state to offer locally manufactured Binzel products and Technical support to the Indian customer.

Adidas Marketing

Adidas was founded by Adi Dassler in 1948. It remained a family firm till 1988 when it was transformed into a corporation. The Adidas Group is the world’s second-largest sporting goods company and had net sales of US$ 7.74 billion in 2004. Adidas' product range includes shoes, apparel and accessories for basketball, golf, soccer, fitness and training. adidas started in India in 1996 as a joint venture with Magnum Trading, with Adidas holding an 80 per cent stake.

Baerlocher Additives

Baerlocher started its operation in India with the acquisition of a running polymer additive unit of National Peroxide Limited located at Dewas in Madhya Pradesh. After the take-over of the unit, it has implemented modernization-cum- expansion programs from time to time. As a result, the production capacity has increased from 4,000 MTPA in the year 2000 to the present level of 30,000 MTPA. Baerlocher India has been growing consistently over the years by earning the confidence of customers in its products and services.

BASF

BASF’s association in India started in 1943 when it acquired shares of R.A. Cole Private Limited, which was engaged in the manufacture of Expanded Polystyrene from imported Styropor®.The name of this company was changed to Indoplast Limited in January 1963 and thereafter to BASF India Limited in September 1967.

Baumuller

Baumuller KAT India Private Ltd is a company jointly promoted by – Baumüller Nürnberg GmbH, Germany (51 per cent) & Kat Controls Pvt. Ltd. India (49 per cent). The company started operations in 1997 and offers sales, plus pre-sales and after-sales support to all the Baumüller made products. The company provides “Complete Systems Solutions for Motion Control”. In addition, the company also performs the following: Services and Repairs, Application engineering support, Systems engineering, On-site servicing & commissioning and Development of peripherals for Baumüller products.

Bayer

Bayer was set up in 1863 in Leverkusen, Germany and currently has around 93,000 employees and is represented by 300 companies. Bayer Group worldwide had net sales of US$ 34.08 billion (Euro 27.38 billion) with research and development expenses of US$ 2.24 billion (Euro 1.8 billion) in 2005. Bayer HealthCare, Bayer CropScience and Bayer MaterialScience are the three business segments of the Bayer Group.

Beiersdorf

Beiersdorf has been present in India since 1964 when it started selling its products through local distributors. In 1993, Beiersdorf increased the stake to 51 per cent. Beiersdorf AG has two entities in India - BDF India and Nivea India. Tesa Tape India is a subsidiary of Tessa AG which is a 100 per cent subsidiary of BDF AG

BMW

BMW India Pvt Ltd is a luxury car maker in India which is a subsidiary of the BMW Group. It was founded in 2006 and has its headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana. BMW India has its manufacturing plant in Chennai which was established in 2007. B Braun Medical

B. Braun started its operations in India in 1994 as a joint venture and became a 100 per cent owned company in 2003. B. Braun entered India as it perceived a large and growing market for its products and services. Though the growth was slow in the initial years, it has improved remarkably since 2003 and has resulted in increased market share. The market has been growing at 12 per cent and B. BIRKENSTOCK is one of the most well-known German brands in the world. With around 3,000 employees, this tradition-rich, sixth-generation family-owned business is also the German footwear industry’s largest employer. The brand entered India in 2020 and has been in trend since then among new consumers.

Deutsche Bank

Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. Carl Zeiss entered the Indian market in 1998; however, the company’s products have been sold in India for the last 30-40 years, through its network of dealerships. The company sensed India’s potential early and in 1996, it commissioned a market survey to assess the potential. Durr
